About Me

Glad you stopped by. I love blogging and I find it relaxing.
I love my Jesus. I gave him my heart and life. To think He loved me while I was yet a sinner. He gives me power to live a sinless life. I am married to my high school sweetheart. I have 2 grown children and 13 grandchildren. I have a job that I love working with other
Christians. My husband is a pastor. We have had the opportunity to meet and have many friends. God has been both my husband and my healer. I enjoy making new friends and would love to hear to hear from you! To God be the glory!!!!

Thank you
For being everything you always are
For being there like no one else
You know my heart
Do you realize what you've done for me
You made me see that love is worth believing in
I want to thank you for being
The one thing I can count on in my life
For always giving more than you have to give
I love you for everything you do
I just want to say thank you
I want to give you all you've givin me
From the sweetest gifts down to the little things
Anything you need.everything i am i'll be loving you until forever and...
I want to thank you for being
The one thing i can count on in my life
For always giving more than you have to give
I love you for everything you do
I just want to say thank you
From sunrise,to sunset
You know.i'll do my best
To say thank you thank you
I want to thank you for being
The one thing i can count on in my life
For always giving more than you have to give
I love you for everthing you do
I just want to say thank you

I will never be able to fully say thanks

    ANDRAE CROUCH

    My Tribute Lyrics
    [Verse 1:]
    How can I say thanks
for all the things You have done for me?
    Things so undeserved,
yet You gave to prove Your love for me.
The voices of a million angels
    could not express my gratitude.
All that I am and ever hope to be,
I owe it all to Thee.

    [Chorus 1:]
    To God be the glory,
    to God be the glory,
    to God be the glory
for the things He has done.

    [Chorus 2:]
With His blood He has saved me,
with His power He has raised me.
    To God be the glory
for the things He has done.

    [Bridge:]
Just let me live my life,
let it be pleasing, Lord, to Thee.
And should I gain any praise,
    let it go to Calvary.

    [Chorus 2]

    Thanksgiving Potluck

Today we had such a wonderful morning service. Our music focused on being thankful. It set the tone for the meeting as all of us lifted our voices in praise and thanksgiving to our heavenly Lord.  We enjoyed hearing Brother Storey's testimony. Truly the Lord made a change in his life. The beauty is,as he pointed out.... That Jesus can still do that today for the hungry soul.  We were blessed to hear Sister Karen preach on God answering prayer and hearing our prayer. Thanking Jesus that He heard us when we pray.  This was followed by alter call.

Our noses had been smelling the wonderful food cooking since before Sunday School. The rooms had been beautiful decorated and it was not hard to find our way to eating,  We had a really nice turn out and many parents and young people from our Sunday School.  The food was delicious but even better was the fun and fellowship of everyone there.

A big thank you to all those who worked so hard;fixing food, decorating, serving and clean up. Listening to the jokes and laughter.  Taking time to pray for those we had been in contact with. Praying for Journey to Bethlehem coming up next month that souls will be reached for the Lord.

    Best Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is here, so our minds have turned
To what time has taught us, to what we've learned:
We often focus all our thought
On shiny things we've shopped and bought.
We take our pleasure in material things,
Forgetting the pleasure that friendship brings.
If a lot of our stuff just vanished today,
We'd see the foundation of each happy day
Is special relationships, constant and true,
And that's when our thoughts go directly to you.
We wish you a Thanksgiving you'll never forget,
Full of love and joy—your best one yet!
