About four months ago
A job opportunity came up where I work. It was advertised in our local paper. I began to pray about it. My heart really wanted the job. But my soul wanted God's direction and leading. After all, If he wasn't in it, it would be not be His very best. I prayed about the desire of my heart and I prayed for the future teacher, who ever she was. I didn't want to put myself in the way. I wanted God to open doors that should be open. Close the doors that didn't need to be open,stay closed. As Jesus prayed... nevertheless thy will be done.
When the classroom was offered to me three month later, I didn't need to pray. I knew it was the Lord's will. I am so excited at how God worked. I am excited about my class. I can only think and pray for it all the time.
As I sit at my desk,I have my favorite picture of my mom sitting here. She would have been so happy and proud of me. I am doing what I love doing, serving the Lord and teaching children His love for them.
