About Me

Glad you stopped by. I love blogging and I find it relaxing.
I love my Jesus. I gave him my heart and life. To think He loved me while I was yet a sinner. He gives me power to live a sinless life. I am married to my high school sweetheart. I have 2 grown children and 13 grandchildren. I have a job that I love working with other
Christians. My husband is a pastor. We have had the opportunity to meet and have many friends. God has been both my husband and my healer. I enjoy making new friends and would love to hear to hear from you! To God be the glory!!!!

Whose cat is this?

This coming July,
we became the co owners of a small maine coon cat. We named her joy. She has lived up to her name. she has put more laughter in our home.  We had not had as much as now with her silly antics .  She follows me mainly around like a puppy.  She wants to be around where ever I am. When I drive up from work, she is waiting for me at the door.

Friday, we came home from graduation.  I stayed in the car while John ran into the house for something.  My husband walks out, holding the cat. Saying she has been missing us, maybe she would like to go for a ride.  Ok,normally she is in her cat carrier.  She was happy to sit on my lap, watching out the window.

As we drove up to Dairy Queen, John thought maybe we should add a dish of ice cream for joy.  I told John, " I would have never dreamed you would take the cat along for a ride and a ice cream!"

John looked over at Joy and said, " I have really gotten attached to you, more than I thought was possible."
