It is a very special Christmas this year. As my granddaughters mentioned just after thanksgiving... This year we get do do all the fun Christmas stuff with you guys! It started last night, when 4 girls and 2 boys came over to decorate house and tree. The fun we ! From one cat running around wondering about all the stuff going on. Jordyn walking my counter to decorate above them. my cat scat tape works well, she kept loosing her socks. I told her if she didn't get on my counters, I wouldn't need to put the tape on! Kids decorating my tree and thru out the house. Christmas music playing throughout the house. Topping it all off with hot cocoa and cranberry sweet cake. Joining to watch a movie. Mom and Dad showing up and all of us have Christmas devotions. Already so many fun stuff going on.
This year it was decided to go with a non breakable decorated tree. Joy seems to be happy just knocking the lower branch ornaments off.
The excitement of bringing all our props in for our journey to Bethlehem live nativity. Tomorrow we get to set it all up. I always thought it would be neat to do this.
Planning Christmas programs, shopping for that just right present. Loving my Jesus. It just is going to be a very special year
