My call in sub job went to being,to a regular teachers aide for the afternoon session.
Love living back with all my family. I do miss my mid west culture and thinking.
Now in a few weeks,I will be lead teacher qualified. I love my job . I enjoy working with kids and the freedom of talking about Jesus and praying with them.
Now I can sub in the morning session as a aid or teacher. I feel challenged but in a good way.
I enjoy running our primary department in Sunday School. Its so exciting to see the kids come and their excited voices telling me they brought their papers back.
I enjoy having my two youngest grandchildren in my class.
I am not sure if you know this. I had my first grandchild when I was 40 years old. I have loved being a young grandma. In December(drum roll.....) That same grandson made me a great- grandma before I was 60. Looking forward to being a young great grandma.
Last week I turned 60 years old. Well at least that's what the government says.
I think they may be wrong. I don't feel any older than when I turned 50 years old.
